JH Brothers Technology Pte.Ltd.’s hexagon seamless steel tube is a high-performance specialized tubing product characterized by its distinctive hexagonal cross-section, integrating seamless structural integrity with exceptional torque resistance and installation convenience for industrial and mechanical applications.
Fabricated through advanced hot extrusion, precision cold drawing and normalized annealing processes, the tube is made from premium carbon steel, alloy steel and martensitic-ferritic stainless steel. Its seamless structure eliminates welding defects, ensuring uniform material density, high pressure-bearing capacity and strong fatigue resistance, while the hexagonal profile delivers superior anti-slip performance and stable torque transmission compared to traditional round tubes, making it ideal for parts requiring fixed installation and power transfer.
The product features tight dimensional tolerances (flat-to-flat distance deviation within ±0.04mm), a smooth inner and outer surface (Ra ≤ 0.3μm) and customizable specifications—flat-to-flat distance ranges from 10mm to 120mm, wall thickness from 1.2mm to 8mm, and lengths from 1m to 12m with cut-to-length services available. Optional surface treatments including passivation, galvanization and electrophoretic coating can be applied to enhance corrosion resistance for harsh working environments.
Widely used in machinery drive shafts, agricultural equipment components, automotive steering systems, industrial fixture frames and hydraulic cylinder sleeves, the tube complies with international standards such as ASTM A519, DIN 2391 and ISO 10273. FAQ

Q1. What is your terms of Packing?

A: Generally we pack your goods with Neutral English bag, PP Woven bag with PE inner bag. If you have your own legally registered sack design, we can pack your goods with your brand and design bags after getting your authorization letter.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?

A: Normally 30% TT as deposit in advance, and 70% TT after email the copy of BL. Or LC at sight. We'll show you the photos pf your goods and package before you arrange the payment.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?

A: Normally we do FOB, CFR, CIF terms.

Q4. How about your delivery date?

A: Normally it will takes 10~15 days after receive the deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of the order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the sample?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or the specification you provide.
