JH Brothers Technology Pte.Ltd.’s large diameter precision tube is a high-end specialized steel tubing solution that combines the advantages of oversized dimensions and strict dimensional accuracy, tailored for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring both large load-bearing capacity and precise performance.
Fabricated through advanced hot extrusion, precision cold drawing and bright annealing processes, the tube is available in premium carbon steel, alloy steel and martensitic-ferritic stainless steel grades. It features a wide range of large outer diameters (50mm-300mm) while maintaining exceptional dimensional precision (outer diameter deviation within ±0.03mm, wall thickness tolerance within ±4%) and a smooth inner surface (Ra ≤ 0.3μm). The product also delivers outstanding mechanical properties, including high tensile strength, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance, to adapt to the harsh working conditions of large-scale equipment.
With customizable wall thickness (2mm-20mm) and lengths (1m-12m), plus optional surface treatments (passivation, electroplating, anti-corrosion coating) and end-processing services, this large diameter precision tube is widely applied in large-scale hydraulic cylinder systems, heavy machinery structural components, ship propulsion pipelines, and thermal power plant auxiliary equipment. FAQ

Q1. What is your terms of Packing?

A: Generally we pack your goods with Neutral English bag, PP Woven bag with PE inner bag. If you have your own legally registered sack design, we can pack your goods with your brand and design bags after getting your authorization letter.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?

A: Normally 30% TT as deposit in advance, and 70% TT after email the copy of BL. Or LC at sight. We'll show you the photos pf your goods and package before you arrange the payment.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?

A: Normally we do FOB, CFR, CIF terms.

Q4. How about your delivery date?

A: Normally it will takes 10~15 days after receive the deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of the order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the sample?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or the specification you provide.
